Manual for HP 427A meter. Compliments of A. B. Bonds.

Note from A. B.:

The HP427A is (gasp) sand-state, but is a very
common general test meter that is often available for $5 or $10 and, once
fixed up, I have found it to be a very accurate and reliable meter. The
analog feature is of course essential for aligning boatanchors, which is
the tie-in if there has to be one. Nearly every one of these that I have
found requires replacement of R13, a 10.15 ohm resistor on the ohms range
switch. This is because some meathead has tried to put volts into the
meter when it is on the ohms range.
