USM-118 tube tester specifications detailing capabilities, test cards pin actuations, a card engineering drawing, a full listing of each tube test card and what each is for, and calibration cell schematics. First document contains most of this info, and the second contains revisions, including the change to zener calibration cells. Source is a government document from 1964.
