Pages 12 and 17 were not scanned. They were pages only for notes and consist of blank pages. All pages scanned with a Mikrotek ScanMaker E3 scanner using Mikrotek image enhancement software. Most images are 1200 x 1625 pixels and are compressed to 40% to reduce file size. Dave Heil K8MN
