noted that you have already used some of my documents, ufb, but did not see SB-620, here is two documents for R-4C, I could not see if they were on your site it is for R-4C - serial number 16151-up, circuit diagram no. 5317316151
file R4C16151-1 shows most important part of circuit diagram where most differences are found compared to serial number 22000-up file R4C16151-2.jpg shows chassis as seen from above, with my remarks about tube difference compared to later type
